One of a Kind

This short film follows the high school years of Wilson Bentley, “The Snowflake Man.” With some encouragement from his mother and a lot of opposition from his father, Wilson pursued macro-photography while growing up in a rural Vermont farm town in the 1800s. While still in high school Bentley took the first photographs of snowflakes, proving that each snowflake is, in fact, different.
